TANZANIA
Emily Herfel of Gahanna on a trip to Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Emily was accompanied by her fiance Brent Hehl from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Jessica James of Columbus. Emily says the ascent took 8 days and the final day required hiking for 16 hours to reach the peak at 19,000 feet. The temperature at the bottom of Mount Kilimanjaro was 85 degrees and -5 below zero at the summit. She recommends that visitors take more layers of clothes than you think you'll need, as well as polarized sunglasses and a good attitude.

The pandemic has taken a toll on journey, however many individuals are beginning to enterprise to locations that they solely dreamed of visiting the previous two-plus years.

Or possibly you might be staying a bit nearer to dwelling to your adventures, and that is nice, too!
